Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Generally, Items will be shipped out within 48 business hours after your purchasing and payment is clear. When we shipped the dresses, we will update the tracking number. So anyone who wants the tracking number, please go to the account and you will find the tracking information in the order details.

Shipping methods: we can only use EMS for P.O. box address. Buyers can choose express company and we will ship dresses due to buyers' choice. But for some reason, we may not ship the same express company as buyers choose. This is not a mistakes. For example: a buyer choose DHL to ship, but we finally ship dresses by EMS. This is becasue the buyer's address is a remote place. If you want to check whether your address is a remote place or not, please check DHL web page:http://remoteareas.dhl.com/jsp/first.jsp.

1. DHL : www.dhl.com,  About this shipping method, the track number will be available by the second day after dispatching.

2. EMS: http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp, The track number of EMS will be given immediately after shipping.

3. UPS: www.ups.com, The track number of UPS will be available by the second day after dispatching.

4. Aramex: www.aramex.com, The track number of ARAMEX will be available by the second day after dispatching.

Days to arrive:

It will take 3-10 days to arrive in normal condition. If not, please don’t hesitate to call shipping company for help or contact us. It is according to the distance of place and other special occasion,such as hand in customs clearance or the goods happen into force majeure.

Duties & Taxes: All items sent to a foreign countries are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. CONIEFOX cannot determine these fees during the checkout process. For more information, please contact your local customs office. In the event that the buyer refuses delivery of the shipment, the buyer is responsible for payment of all return duties and taxes; in this case, return shipping charges will be billed to the buyer's method of payment.

All duties, taxes and fees are due by the buyer (COD) upon delivery. Buyer is responsible for observing all customs rules and regulations and Nicearound is not responsible for packages held by customs.

International Buyers – Please Note:

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
