Return Guidelines

1、If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

2、Item(s) must be returned in original condition within 30 days. If there are any signs of wear, heavy perfumes or smoke the item will be mailed back to you. All dresses must be returned in new, never-worn condition with all original tags attached.

3  When we receive your package we will process the return within 10 business days. You can choose money back or store credit.

Return Policy

We inspected each dress to confirm the correct style, color, and size. We also inspect all the beading, embroidery, the hems and seams as well before we dispatch the dress

Color Differ: All the dresses which you see listed on our site are ready made. They are the same color as the pictures show. Sometimes buyers might feel that the color of real dresses are a little different from the pictures. It is because we take the pictures outside or different PC screen shown caused. If you concern with the color, please contact us for more details before purchasing.

Size problem: There is no standard international size. Every store or brand has its own size definition. So don't rely on the size you usually have and only choose the size base on a proper measurement. All dress are designed for people with average height and body shape. If you are too tall or too short, or odd body shape, please carefully choose the dress style.
