Q:Why can't I log in to my account?

Please follow these steps:

  • Check your login details. Your login username is your email address used for registration.
  • Ensure that cookies from www.artistsunglasses.com are accepted in your browser (Internet Explorer or other).
  • It might be a problem caused by nicearound system maintenance - wait 30 mins and try again.
  • If nothing works please contact our customer service representatives via email at support@nicearound.com for support.
  • TIPS:
    If you're not sure if the problem is with us or you, please test logging in with a different computer to try logging in, or try different browsers.
    If you made a mistake when you registered, and you can't access your account and you've never made any orders. It might be quickest to just use the registration to sign up again for a new account.

Q:What should I do if I lost my password?

On the Sign In screen, click Password forgotten? Click here. We will send a new password to you via email. To ensure you receive this email, please add support@nicearound.com to your email program's address book.

If you don't receive the email, please inform us at support@nicearound.com, and we would create a new password for you.

Q:Can I mail in payments? How safe is it to use credit card for purchase?

No. Currently, we only accept online purchase with credit card payments and Paypal. The secured payment is handled by the highly reputated PayPal and Worldpay. Please feel safe and enjoy the convenience while shopping with us.

Q:When will I expect my order to arrive? How to track my order?

Over 95% of our orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, provided that all necessary shipping information for shipment is properly filled out. All orders will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service or EMS or UPS. When shipment is sent out, we will send email notification to all our customers including tracking number for your order. Transit time will usually be 4 to 7 business days although there are variances which may go up to 2 weeks.

Q:What If I Want To Order A Lot More? Can NiceAround Give Me A Good Quotation?
